tranny highest ratio gearbox for tiburon
I'm the owner of a Tib year 2000 2L. stock FGR is 3.650
I'm looking for better acceleration, because an ITB is installed in my car, with new cams and pistons!
Someone would have parts to sell, for an upgrade FGR 4.412 or 4.529, as described in some topics 10 years ago ?

sorry but at this time, best available is ELANTRA engine 1.6L with FGR 4.294
I may need more acceleration through higher FGR, like the ones sold many years ago.
If someone can help me...

Spreadsheet of Hyundai gear ratios
It hasn't been updated in a few years but it's a good reference.
The Korean Beta 6 speed has a FGR of 4.678. Domestically the HD Elantra has the lowest Beta FGR gearing on the spreadsheet at 4.118.

Korean Beta 6 speed would be the best option, sounds like the second best would be the 1.6l Elantra if you're correct and it has a 4.294 FGR.

"can" isn't the same as "easily can" but Hyundai is pretty good about their transmissions for the same engine family being able to bolt up to a different year engine.
