Hey guys, I want to go with an aftermarket steering wheel, I'm wondering if anyone has a momo hub or an ebay knockoff (if they work fine, if anybody knows) I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

some people get aftermarket steering wheels, momo has some for us that some people can reccomend. but are you sure you appreciate a steering wheel more than your life? just thinking about your safety...

personally i have had bad experiences with air bags. i dont regret getting rid of mine at all. as for hubs, the ebay ones suck. they dont fit at all and the company that carries them wont do a thing to find one that will fit.

Yeah cheap nock off hubs dont fit right withough work. Ive got one on my car right now, and i had to bore it so it would fit. Id get the momo if you want drop in, its supposed to be about $70? thats what sombody quoted for me. Anyway as i said before i went ebay rout, If you dont mind making it fit its not a bad way to go.

on the airbag issues, i hate them personaly. Just me tho.

I'm going to see what I can dig up today guys. I'm having a meeting with a company just released in the US, called Works Bell. They make kick ass hubs for our cars, and I can get them right from the manufacturer. I've been waiting for them to release them, and I'll drop by today to see whats up. I'll bring my car so we can test fitment if needed, or I'll just get a unit to test out and take pics of em. They have awesome units. Their quick releases are sick too. Take a look:

Actually I really like that chris! Let me know how everything works out. What kinda of prices would we be looking at? And if they made quality interior parts...can they make us seat brackets for aftermarket seats! wink1.gif
