I assume you mean underdrive pulley.. ebay has a ton of OBX pulleys for tibs:

Specifying what car you need one for might help..

is a hyundai Accent GT 96 whit 2.0L. i have another question the OBX pulley works ?

If its the correct one for your engine of course. I have one on my tib and never had any problems with it.
