Default sick of stock rims

I am finally getting some money together to buy some rims. I am looking for a good pair of used 16s or 17s with or without tires. I want to spend no more than $400. PM if you can help me out.

Upgrade... was talkin to Beth about that. Hyundai parts are little to none in south Fl or I would. Now would the drilling be possible/ok for the rims or would I blow $400 rims doing something stupid?
