too bad we don't have a tibbychick for RD2s.
i want to do a rd1->rd2 dash conversion so i will be wanting the following pieces

gauge cluster
gauge surround
lower crash panel
wiring harnesses
main dash
radio surround
shifter surround (AT)

you wont need the gauge cluster, lower crash panel, or main dash(im gueesing you mean crash pad by this?)

 

i want the gauge cluster for my gauge faces they don't line up 100%

and i won't need the crash pad*? otherwise the switches won't line up/fit right in it?..

*edited, i meant PAD not Panel

 

The lower crash panel is the same, there are no swithces mounted on that.....except the rheostat.

 

check w junkyards, try pming knoxhyundai ....

 

dude, just look at this...


you will need the "CLUSTER FACIA PANEL ASSEMBLY" NOT the crash pad main OR crash pad lower. of course you will need the switches too.

then you will need this big ass wiring harness(RD2 obviously), so that the connectors mate up right with your new switches.....


and then the radio surround and shifter surround.

EVERYTHING ELSE is the SAME.
