RD or RD2 diecast car or model car kit.
I have been looking for a diecast RD Tib for a while now and can only find GK Tibs. I found one, but the person sold it before I could get back to him about me buying it. So I know they are made, or were made. I'm willing to pay more then you would for like a Honda diecast car because I know they are hard to find. I would love to find a 1st gen, but would go for a 2nd gen too. Not a GK, I want to stick with the RDs.

i saw one actally.. i think 1/18 or 1/24 scale at a hyundai dealership. Good place to start.
Someone on one of the boards was selling one....can't remember where though...sorry.
Yeah that was the one I was talking about. I told the guy I wanted to see pics and he sent them to me over the weekend while I was out of town, so I didn't get the pics till monday. When I replied back to him saying I wanted the car he said that he had already sold it. It made me very sad b/c I was the 1st person to call dibs on the car and I got back to him ASAP, but he still sold it to someone else.
I'll try the Hyundai dealer ship, but I've looked on Hyundaiusa.com, which lets your order everything on-line and have it sent to the dealershio, and all I've seen on there are the GKs.

Yeah, Todd was, but I think that was the one that Midnightsp is refering to.
It's is as rare as a blue moon.
The dealerships can't order them from Hyundai anymore, unless your dealership still has stock of it from years ago. Good luck smile.gif
Redz: YEAH, WHAT UP WITH THAT???? You figure in the motherland, you'd be able to find one,... a buddy of mine was over there doing the teaching ESL thing, and He looked EVERYWHERE! Couldn't find it, and if you couldn't find one, then it really CAN'T be found tongue.gif

It's just my luck to have the chance to get one and go out of town. I never go out of town, but the one time I do I miss out on my chance to get something I've been looking for forever now 02.gif. If only I had gotten that e-mail on Sat. instead of Mon. I could have had one.
I think you can get one made by a private company. They will even make a direct copy of your car but in miniature form. I have seen a lot of them on cars in car shows so I am sure some company makes them. They probably are very expensive.
Hope this helps

Sorry, but I was the one that got it and if you look at Todd's other post on HA.com, you'll see that I actually inquired half a day before you did.
