Go to car-part.com and do a search in your area. That's where I've been finding my motors and tranny. Usually all for less than $350. Some places can be talked down $50 or so, or maybe drop the core charge if they have it.

best thing to do is look everywhere and find the best deal closest to you.

I got my tranny off ebay new for like 475 shipped but it was a deal and isn't on there alot. I'd check car-part.com like jon suggested. If no local yards have tranny's how far are you from columbus? there are several yards around there with like 6-7 tibs. (I think ricart hyundai is supposed to be the largest hyundai dealer in the US). Just call a few and check they all have some.

Instead of making a new thread I would just add!

My auto tranny has seen better days. It needs to be replaced ASAP! So, I was thinking of doing the auto/manual swap. I've been looking at car-parts for the tranny and clutch master cyl and other stuff. I was wondering if anyone else could help me get the parts needed for the swap! i.e. clutch pedal/smaller brake pedal shifter and so on. It would be greatly apperciated.

Thanks in advance.
