what size is your gtr one? i might be willing to trade you my rside adjustable one for yours+some cash.

Importshark, If you give me your TB I will more then likely be able to fix it. Either it needs a new butterfly or maybe the bearings are going on it. It shouldn't tho. I can probably stop by soon and we'll check it out. I'm sure you don't need to waste your money on a new one unless you know for sure that its not fixable.

or it just has some gunk around the butterfly valve.

i took off my butterfly valve, lightly grinded the area the butterfly sits when its closed with a dremel, than used the wire brush attachement to make it smooth as pie. worked great.

I had the SAME thing happen to me recently, and fixed it just a few days ago with a new tps. I had the original Dea Sung (ie, the "bad" one), and now I got a Kefico. Problem fixed. Mine was sticking at 4%, until I gave it some quick gas.

Again man, that TPS is what made Cysco sell his tib mang. Pissed him off so bad when we got that car up and running just by swapping the TPS.

LOL

Do it, and then take the butterfly out of your BBTB and clean it up some.
