Default Muffler Silencer

Does anyone have a muffler silencer that they are willing to sell? I have an Apexi N1 muffler with a 90mm tip. I would even be willing to send it back to you after my court date at the end of this month wink1.gif .

Also, I am looking for a good high-flow cat to replace my test pipe (also has to be installed before the end of the month). I want something that will make my CEL go away.

If this doesn't work, I am going to have to go with the lovely resinators mad.gif .

So not to hijack this thread but instead of making another thread called "muffler silencer", I figured I'd just ask a question. Are these things "universal"? Or do you have to get the same brand as your muffler? Can't you just get the same size? Won't that work?

As long as its the correct size it should fit. You just may have to drill a new hole for a bolt if it does not line up. I am actually looking for one for my MBRP. What a pain in the a$$ it is finding a universal one for a 4" tip.

i tried one of those. it wasn't that good. Then i got a ractive silencer. that was worse. This was for my forza exhaust's 3.5" tip. My silencer had fallen out while driving and got run over by an 18 wheeler. After buying 2 silencers... i ended up spending 6 hours hammering the original silencer back to shape. it looks beat up, but it does a better job than the replacements. problem is.... when u buy a 90mm silencer... it's probably gonna be somewhere around 87-88MM.... way bad... cause thats just a hair for the exhaust to slip past the silencer on the outside, and in my case, whistle.
