Default Headlight Screws and Clips (i think thats what i need)

I bought my car from a private seller on cardomain.com, and i now find out the retard DUCK TAPED the headlights in, because he must have lost the screw and clip...if thats what its called? (The only reason i know that i need this, is because my friend has the same year tib as me and i helped him replace his headlights)

btw, now i finally know why my headlights sucked, they have the ducktape allignment mod :|

That little clip and screw were not sold separately, they were part of the headlight assembly.
Best Bet is to go to the junkies and see if they have something, if no one on there can get you one.

bend up a paperclip, and find a suitable screw at a hardware store.

it will work. wink1.gif

IC... the brights have the same problem... but in the brights case, they actually have to touch a metal piece of the assemply to turn on... i dont know why... but its totally different then the stock regular headlights...is it possible that i could just solder wire from that piece to the headlight?

i lost my clip thing before i knew how to properly take it off.. scrambled around for a quick fix i tried the paperclip and the screw thing, after some fenangling i got it to hold, then 5 minutes later i found the clip and it was all worthless. haha.. try the paper clip if you cant find one off a junkie (they always have what i need..hehe get it?)
