with that said-

I need a loyal hyundaiaftermarket member to sell me some of the hardware needed to fasten it to the fender and the rest of the body

Napa auto parts caries a large variety of all them clips/fasteners

 

I used to order them from kspec, don't know if they still sell them.

 

I have some but you don't want to buy these used. Parts store is your best bet here.

 

Typically, how hard is it to install these retainers?

 

Buy them from the dealer, it's easier than looking all around.

Get an oil filter and drain plug crush washer while you're there, they're cheap!
