The VIN shows there are no 2002 tiburons. Hyundai has no 2002 VIN's. Your home state DMV will not REGISTER it as a 2002, they will register it as the model year the VIN says it is. (2000 or 2001)
Dealers cannot change VIN's, so there is no way a car can be "rebadged" to indicate a different year.
If you buy/bought a car that was "represented" as a 2002 Tiburon, you'd be able to sue the dealership for a pretty penny.
