I'm pretty sure it is, when you open up the page for the clear corners, it says "prices include shipping and handling" so it should be $69 shipped. Also, I've heard that some people have had problems getting their parts in a timely manner (or at all) from shark racing. Most people that I know of try to avoid SR unless it's a last resort.
