Default Worried about my order...

Hi, I'm worried about my order of the BBK. Since you guys said that it will arrive 5-10 business days from the day it was shipped to me. I am afraid that I will suspect fraud if I do not recieve it soon, because it is already more than three weeks since the shipping date. Hope we can resolve this issue.

Oh yeah, I've emailed orders@sharkracing.com already. Waiting for the reply/email.

Ok. April 30. Still no brakes.

All I'm asking for is a reply or an email about the status of my order.

Dude, you live in the PI. I would expect the shipping time would be longer.

I live in Hawaii and 2-Day Air takes 5 days at times.

SR reads their e-mail more than they read this forum.

It's May 7. I still do not have the Big Brake kit. I'm sorry if I have to whine, but I deserve at least a reply or some other form of assurance. Emailed you guys two days ago and still no response.

How did they ship it and was there any tracking number? I know for sure that international shipping have tracking numbers(TNT does) and you might wanna do that. What kind of shipping was it through? If its freight, it'll be about a month or more. If its air, you should have received it already.

I want to make things clear for everybody:

I ordered it at March 24. They claimed it was shipped out last April 2. At first, the representative told me it would arrive between 5-10 business days. The guy claimed that there is no tracking available for this order. Two weeks passed, no BBK yet. After another email, he/she said that it might be shipped to me by ocean instead of air. Then I emailed them and after three days, still no response. If it was shipped to me by air, there must be an airway bill, and it would take ONLY one day. If by ocean freight, it would take only nine days, NOT ONE MONTH. I still do not have it, and I think Shark Racing is ripping me off. Their customer service is not very helpful and their replies to my emails take a long long long time.

I agree, SR's customer service email responce is kinda slow right now. But because you're inquiring about an order, try emailing mailtorders@sharkracing.comorders@sharkracing.com , I got a reply within 24hrs.

lantraluver, i dont know why someone would have told you 5-10 days, from the website itself it says 6-9 weeks, doesnt it?

Im sure they will reply to your email. They usually reply within 2 business days. I think the last email that you sent that they didnt reply to yet was monday. Its thursday, so the korean office will probably write back today or tomorrow. They might be backed up, i dont know.

After 15,000 sucessful transactions, all of a sudden SR decides to "rip" you off? highly unlikely.

There is no point in posting here. No one who has anything to do with the shipping or processing of your order, checks this board. If youve emailed orders@sharkracing.com, thats the way to get through...
