The reason I put this here is because I'd like to get a quote from SFR for this part, mine burned out and my car has no wipers at the moment... dealer does not have part on stock and is also very expensive...
Since HyundaiUSA changed the site I couldn't get to the parts anymore so I ask any of you for your help...

The part number for the wiper motor (and I assume you mean front wiper motor) is 98100-29000.

As far as I can tell it's the same part number for 97-01.

Jay doesn't know, but I'm pretty sure we only need one. The parts diagrams I have up should show how many you need, and I'm 99% positive it's 1.
