OT: The last time there was a guy who didn't fulfill his end of the deal on a transaction made through this site REDZMAN did everything from finding out the guy's number, to calling his sister and mother to explain the situation. Now that it's Rick, one of REDZs buds, 6 months hasn't seemed to bother him.

REDZMAN, usually YOU are the reason that the RDTiburon classifieds stay alive with all the rip-off and con-artists that are out there. This seems kind of f***ed up to me.

 

I tried emailing him the other day but his business email address is no longer valid. So i emailed the sbcglobal one and have heard anything. Im starting to get a little worried here!

I think REDZMAN is doing a fine job looking for Rick and helping these two out. There's not much you can do with the guy in Korea.

I'd appreciate it if you kept those comments to yourself for now. It hasn't even been a month yet since 01 and Brake have formally complained about this.

My post was more of a question, because we all know redz is a great guy, that's why I'm confused as to why he hasn't been hunting Rick down himself.

Well fact is when you were trying to figure out what was going on, Blacktibs was going to help. That squashes that.

Now that we know Blacktibs can't help or find him, we have to rely on REDZMAN, and now zoned wants to blast him? I just don't think it's right.

Granted you want the money or the fenders, TOTALLY understandable, zoned has no interest in this, that I know of, so he is just starting stuff that shouldn't be started.

Hopefully REDZ comes on soon and we can make some headway. He too has a life beyond RD.

You need to read my entire post, not the One statement I made about it being 6 months and nobody really doing much.

In any case, this has nothing to do with me, my post was made with intentions for redz to see it and it would occur to him that this is a pretty major issue .. and since he is the best at helping people out in these types of situations, he probably can be a big help in this particular one also. Wouldn't you agree?

 

You can't say he has not done anything to help in this situation. I know for a fact he has been attempting to contact him, as have I. This has really turned in to a crappy situation, I hope Rick takes care of it soon.

 

You and me both. Ive been out the money Since Feb and would like something in return for it. Ive been out just as long as everyone else and have tried contacting him about it off the boards just to be cool about the whole deal but its starting to get me worried. He should have taken care of this ALONG time ago and yet its quickly comming up on 9 months now. With hardly any word from him inbetween his unfulfilled promises. I hate to say it since Rick has helped me out in the past but im tired of waiting for something to happen that im about ready to talk to my layer and get it handled that way!

 

for you guys to go out and single out REDZ is wrong. plain wrong. we as staff have brought it up in the moderator section as to a resolution. would you like him (or any of us) to call Korea daily.... then forward you the phone bill...

and zoned, for you to ask him to do something this weekend also is wrong. when he said "when he gets home from school"... then when he said "long day at school"... you know what was going on? he was tryin to get me to New Mexico after missing my flight. he did an amazing thing for a friend (me). he took the time and effort into helping me out. he used his paypal debit card. he used his phone to call anyone and everyone. numerous times. he was busy... and this weekend he's also busy entertaining guests during his BBQ. give the man a break. or a calling card. whatever...

trust me, i'd be pissed off too if i've been out $300... but you should be pissed off at Rick and only Rick. not REDZ
