Wheres My Fenders Or My Refund?!?!?!

I can barely get ahold of rick about my fenders and he keeps going away, and i got a message that the fenders will be made in CF for the ones who already made downpayment or paid in full, yet i cant find out when this is going to happen.. I'd much rather have my refund before i send the rest of my money and have you steal that too, and never see the fenders... So, i am asking nicely and now publicly for my $200.00 deposit paid back to me.. i wouldnt have backed out, but i have been screwed out of that money since feb 19th 05.. i coulda learned how to make an FG mold, made fenders in that time, or just waited for flyryde.. also i know richard (brakerp) will be posting in here soon..
i just want my money back or my fenders by the end of september, otherwise i will be forced into taking further, possilbly legal action with richard.. both of us are out a total of $500.00 and theres others that are out money, and you have absolutely nothing to show for it but excuses... so where are they???

In agreeance with Nate here Rick. I'm formally also requesting my $345 back I've paid you since January. We're concerned with our investment. Saying that your just now getting your fenders back from your manufactuer and getting ready to go to another manufactuer and starting all over I'm viewing as a smoke screen. And if it is true, its only going to hamper to the production and take even longer. 10 months of having money, and not a single pic, not a single suspense made by yourself has been met.
Please, refund me my money by the end of september so that I can take care of my vehicle.

Ricks been making excuses about what wrong and why since the beginning... and now theres news on hes merging companies or some crap... his auto response says he shoulda been back the other day and should be helping out his paid customers with the shit they have been waiting for for 6 months.
