Where is my refund???
In august i placed an order for numerous items from your site. You then notified me that my hood would not be here until october, i said that was OK. Then in october you e-mailed me and said you had recieved the wrong hoods. Well I have been waiting too long and no longer want the hood. My credit card has already been charged. I have sent numerous E-mails inquiring a refund with no replies. I want to know what is going on and why i have not received a refund?
i havent gotten any emails either at my email address or to customerservice@sharkracing.com that i can remembe.r..
