Bump for some info please.

It has now been 73 days since it was shipped, or 51 business days.

I am not angry or anything, please don't get upset. Just was hoping they were at least in the US by now so we could get some USPS tracking info.

Thanks for working so hard on this, hopefully the kit shows this week, along with my wheels!

Thanks again guys.

I don't have the time to look right now, but did Jay give you tracking info? I'm out working on the car will be back in a bit.

No, no tracking info whatsoever from anyone.

Thanks.

No BBK in the mail today either.

I am not going to keep posting every singe day, I believe in giving people time to do their work, at least a reasonable amount of time, but why hasn't KDM guy posted in the last 8 days?

I appreciate your assistance redz, but where is KDM guy?

Shouldn't he be the one getting me my tracking info?

He works, and has other sites he deals with. The Korean shop IS in the middle of getting ready for racing next week (just received the fuel cell I bought and sent him today).

Jay is human and misses stuff in the long emails I send him too. And he did post yesterday, and once or twice before that in the last week.

I asked about tracking, but don't know why, it went by sea freight, so no, there is no tracking.

It's going to be the same thing as last time though, but I'll get him in here to say it. Sea Freight is Sea Freight. The item is shipped, and out of our hands, there is nothing we can do afterwards. If the ship has to change course to go around a storm, we don't get notified. If the container your item goes into goes through customs, we don't get notified.

It's a long wait, and posted as being such, it sucks, but that's the way it is. We've had 2 or 3 of these go through since I've been with SFR, and the one I can think of dates, took about 67 or 68 business days to make it there.

It's cool redz, thanks for the update and the info on the 68 BUSINESS days, I think mine has been about 55 business days now so until it goes over 70 I won't get too worried.

I am much more aggrivated with the fact that the company that sold me my gram lights (which are going to be totally insane) on jan 8 of this year is still dicking me around with the shipping, one problem after another. Of course they shipped it on a pallet via more than one trucking company I have never heard of, NEVER again will I do that, just pack each wheel/tire up individually and send em good 'ol reliable UPS.

Thanks again for the update my man. fing02.gif

Oh yeah, oh yeah, the BBK is HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much to redz for his consistant customer service!!

I weighed the old vs. new parts and here is how it came in (I have old calipers and rotors lying around, still don't have my wheels so I can't put these beauties on mad.gif ):

Stock caliper: 10.5 lbs.
Stock Rotor: 10.5 lbs.

New 12" rotor (it is a full 12"): 18.0 lbs.
New 2 piston caliper: 14.0 lbs.

So there is an addition of 11 lbs of unsprung weight. Damn that is a lot, just have to hope the new wheels will make up for it, they better be here this week damn it.

Frigging awesome man, glad it showed up. Can you look at the packaging and confirm the date it was shipped? I'd like to average out a few customers shipping time for a new quote for the BBK's.

Well, the box says 4-5-2007 as the ship date from korea, so it seems to be on the far side or a little over the estimate for 45 business, maybe make it 45-60 business days?

Thanks again, I think I am getting my wheels tomorrow, so I can't wait to get the hubcentric rings and throw on all this shyt!!
