CNK Super charger kit with the ability to be intercooled. Running at 6 to 8 psi with lower comp pistons. S/C will be centrifugel
I second this! Have you guys seen the types of gains associated with centrifugal S/C's on 4 cyl engines!? The 99 Civic Si (Yes, I know..but please dont flame wink ) gains like 138 WHEEL horsepower via a Vortech centrifugal with aftercooler. I wonder if something with these capabilities could be made for our beta's which carries a reasonable cost.. dunno
Superchargers ---- mmmhhhhh I don;t want to air my opinion on this very uch as many people will be pissed at me for what I have to say about a SC....
But I have a friend who tried to design his own SC from a Turbocharger believe it or not --- it worked VERY WELL, but the bearings failed after 1000kms, and cost R650.00 (+ - $80.00) each time to redo....
I now have a revised beraing setup for this, but have not had a real reason to pursue this project with him again..... I will look at it perhaps after the V6 Twin Turbo project is successful.

Justin, you're not talking about a Twin Turbo system for your 4 Cyl are you? I think we talked about them before and it was deemed 4 CYL is 2 too few for Twin Turbo. They've done it, but minimal gains, not to mention a piping nightmare. There's a pic of a Twin Turbo 2nd gen somewhere out there...
The twin turbo is on hold for now, since the interest is not worth the development time, as I would be able to satisfy many other customers by finishing off other products like the CNK N2O kit, the hearders GB, V6 TT poject and and...
Twin Turbo 4 Cylinders:--- ...... let me tell you all that a twin turbo 4Cylinder (IF BUILT RIGHT with CORRECT turbo matching) is BETTER THAN NOS!!! I have built two of these setups on a Mazda engine, and a Toyota Camry engine --- and boy the gains are REAL, when the boost spools up it feels stronger than a 200Shot of NOS!! What you get is a very drivable solution as long as you keep the boost down and the steering wheel TIGHT in your grips - otherwise you will find yourself replacing tirs every 6 weeks... eek!
