tracking
do you still operate a system with tracking numbers like you used to do for the equipment i had shipped before. The reason i ask is i recieved an email saying my brakes would take seven weeks to arrive in the UK and its now 8 so i was just wondering if there is a tracking number and company i can check with.
Those are shipped out via Postal Service I am almost positive. If you want to contact the Korean Office to get an estimate on arrival, email orders@sharkracing.com
Guess what ive sent emails and surprise no response at all. I realy need to try to get an estimate on this and who is delivering. Reason being is due to the present situation (gulf), my camp is not recieving any pakages unless they are booked in. So knowing my luck its already been refused and is on its way back.
when/who are you emailing? Our orders@sharkracing.com email i just checked with them on Thursday and they were only 1-2 days behind on replying to emails....
AAAHHHHHHHHH surprise still no answer but then the other day i get a note from the mail service here that my package has arrived so i think fine they cant be bothered to answer but heh its here anyway. I get my package 10mins ago open it and what do i find disks and no pads. I cant believe i wait over 10 weeks for something i cant fit because they forgot to put the pads in. Im so annoyed all i get is the person is not available on the help line number. flaming_ oh and no calipers and the disks are only cross drilled theres not a slot in sight on them.

Jon, those always come in seperate packages if im not mistaken. Also, out of curiosity, i checked the server where the orders emails comes to. Only 2 emails have come from you, both from today I believe. Also, you need to check your email program. They could not have replied to you since your email did not have a reply to address, it was blank.

Kit includes 11-inch diameter drilled/slotted rotors and two-piston calipers for the front brakes. (captive rotor kit also includes non-captive hubs and bearings)
That's for the SR Big Brake Kit.Wonder why they were only slotted?
Netscape seems to do that sometimes when i send to the US thats why if you look at the messages i also type my email into them. Even if they do come in two packages the thing that bothers me is this one said disks and pads on the invoice that came with it but there were only disks in there. Even if the calipers come seperate this paperwork said disks and pads so i doubt the pads will be in the other box.
