can the v6 tib take the supercharger? i thought that the internals were too weak.

 

Bock welcome. Yes. Alpine sells this kit for the v6 New tiburon there is like 10 people running it right now with little probs. Just search there for the alpine s/c and you will see all topics about it. Or search here in the forced induction section.

 

yeah the only issue is it is throwing a CEL for some reason. and the V- clutch is weak to handle the added power

 

Hyundai's clutch is still an issue, but the change in the pulley size (from 85mm to 86.5mm) resolves the CEL situation, which is now included with every kit (and earlier pre-production kit owners have been sent their correct pulley, E.O. sitckers and warranty info).
