If I had a low budget to run some big subs this might be okay. It's a good price, that's for sure. I looked for some of their current amp reviews and people seem to like them.
It would probably match ok with a pair of 12" Volfenhag subs for a reasonably decent inexpensive system. Or bridged into a single S15L7.

They are a good amp! They are one of the GROSSLY overstated brands as far as their MAX. The RMS number are generally pretty accurate and the company stands behind their stuff so it works out!

As long as the company stands behind it you'll be fine.
I've never had a "budget" amp last a year. The only budget subs that have lasted are my old Volfenhags, still going strong since I bought them 8 years ago. My dad has them now.
And no, I wasn't running everything at half an ohm load. lol.
