Once we have ecu swap kit from Bosch to Siemens, we'll immediately release the stage I turbo kit.

Depends of the time frame, we'll have complete line of products under our private branding label on each parts.

You'll see RE logo on all products including BOV, WASTEGATE, PIPING with anodized etc.

Good reliable 200hp stage I turbo kit and can pass the smog for newer car.

Updating detail:

Our projection for stage I turbo kit may change little later, but I can only say what our plan is at this time.

$2,500 ~ $3,500 and the difference will be the turbocharger unit and the horsepower only, and price includes shipping too.

200hp with IHI turbo
250hp with T3
300hp wtih T3 plus Intech TigerLily cast aluminum low comp pistons

1) IHI turbo unit similar to T025 Garrett or upgrade verions using T3
2) RE custom Siemens ecu swap kit
3) RE metal head gasket
4) RE BOV
5) RE cast manifold
6) RE cast diffuser
7) RE aluminum intercooler size like PROSS or Spinwheel
8) RE anodized aluminum intercooler piping
9) 2.5 bar map sensor
10) bigger injectors
11) oil return lines
12) silicone adaptors, reducers and clamps etc.
13) VIM FLASH MODULE (not free, since Siemens ecu swap kit can take care this turbo kit)

Anything not listed from above.......is not included with this picture shown for S1.

S2 TURBO KIT

S3 TURBO KIT

VIM FLASH MODULE we hope.... will be easier for us to supply upgradable ecu programs using this system. (Code name was G4 Type R module mentioned previously).

VIMI FLASH MODULE is free for GK only w/o need of Siemens ecu swap kit and swap kit also have stock Siemens ecu provided.

Upgradable parts

1) T3
2) T3 + 8.5:1 low comp Intech TigerLily pistons

REAL ENGINEERING's first private brand turbo kit will be sponsor to KONIG WHEELS Co's I4 GK. Deadline to meet their requirement is somewhat tight, but we think we'll get great impression.

Hmmm, will ceramic coating be an option?

What options will there be?

Definately let us know about the turbo schematics (A/R, etc.) and all the other nifty details as you get them.

There is more work involve tuning our ecu for other companies turbo kit or custom one made by individual.

For our kit, we have confidence in every aspect to support the a/f, drivability, reliability, but remote tuning of something we do over speculation will not be perfect. I can only say close to what we stand for...

Plus, cost of developing for single ecu for each individual is always costly thing.

However, If you have turbo kit that is very similar to Korean set up, the price will be reasonable.

sorry to sound dumb, but this whole ECU swap, will it be programmed to certain specs or will it be tuneable? any more on the flash module? would i be able to purchase the flash module, ecu seperately. cuz i dont know how well the emanage is going to work.

also, what will this ecu be tuned for as far as boost, etc.

Boost level differs from each stage.

VIM FLASH MODULE listed in #13 is not including the kit, since there is more work to be done. Because once ecu swap kit is ready, it can use for this turbo kit already.

VIM FLASH MODULE is only tunable by us, but we can send custom maps to you via e-mail and download to your personal computer. Thereafter, you can download them to our VIM FLASH MODULE using our VIM LOADER software.

Korean master version of VIM LOADER, but everyone will get English version.

We will have tunable VIM MONI later within safe parameters allow and going to release them after our SEMA SHOW this year in Las Vegas.

VIM MONI has color LCD monitor and we may add scanner software to read trouble shooting and to reset them for Hyundai cars only.
