SR is gone to SEMA for this week.
I'm also sick of reading the bickering going on in this thread. It's now Locked.

If you would like TSR's assistance, and I suspect that you do, here are my recommendations:
#1. List your wife’s full name.
#2. Full mailing address
#3. Email address you/your wife used to register on the TSR board.
#4. Email address you/your wife used to e-mail sr.
#5. List the 3 accounts your wife created on TSR.org.
#6. List the dates those accounts were created.
#7. List the dates of all the e-mails sent to TSR, and whom at TSR they went to, and whom they were sent from.
Then ask WHY any of the three accounts have not been allowed access to the TSR forum. Ask why your e-mails have not been replied to.
I suggest you send one e-mail every day until you get a response back from them.
I also HIGHLY SUGGEST AND RECCOMEND that you keep your e-mails calm, objective, and factual. Swearing has no place on this forum, or in business communication with any company. If that is the way you do business, I would proudly call you a non-customer.
I understand you are frustrated, and probably feeling ignored, but that is NO EXCUSE for your choice in language, and the phrasing you have used.
If you called my company a "Piece of ****". I would simply cancel all orders you had with my company. I would return any monies for product ordered, minus fees, and any membership would be immediately canceled, with no refund of membership dues. Be GLAD Brad is usually nicer than I am.
Any of the SR/TSR staff can unlock the thread when they get back from SEMA.
