Default SR Fraud?

Just wondering if anyone else requested a refund from SR for the eurolights and was told that their order was not on file...
I'm not accusing them of anything, just wondering what the deal is...

No offense dude, but moving this to the SR forum.

This is an issue between you and SR, that should be handled between you and SR.

If you ordered the lights, you should have some record of it. Credit Card charge, canceled check, money order reciept...etc..etc..etc.

The situation IS between shark racing and myself. I just asked if anyone had the same situation. Since you're obviously not in the same boat, this doesn't call for your input. I'm not trying to say anything about SR or anyone.
Yeah, transaction records are great. If i can dig up my statement from ONE YEAR AGO, it would make things a lot easier. I had faith that the company would deliver, which is why I didn't hold on to that specific statement.

Initially, I sent an email to customer service AND orders@sharkracing... I received a reply telling me to call. I did so and was told the order was not on file. I sent another email stating that I did call and what had happened. Haven't had a reply since... which is why I posted on here, hoping that someone would know what's going on.
Thanks

Who are you talking to? Random?

On the original topic...again I ask...who did you talk to at Shark Racing? I am the only one who handles this thing, and never have just said that we dont have something on file, and leave it at that.....also, which address did you email the second time? orders? customer service?

True, but if I didn't post on here, I wouldn't have known that Yam was the one to talk to.

Now that I know, I guess this topic should be closed. My original intention was to see if anyone else had the same problem.
