Tim has sent me the correct intercooler piping, couplers and intake pipe for the turbo.

Tim delivered on his word, thank you!

ps. the welds are 100% better, very clean.

I also have noticed he is doing alot better with turboelements and everyone gives positive feedback on all purchases.

Its to bad he walked away from the Hyundai scene because right now for the rest of the guys who dont want to custom build a turbo setup, they are stuck with Alpine kit. But then again with all the trouble with the hyundai kits its not worth it. Its easy to see he took on to much for a one man show. I am sure with his new welder and some more time he could do alot better a 2nd time around.

Tim,

I haven't been getting home til after dark so I havent gotten a chance the mail off the manifold. But I'll definately get to it by saturday.

Here is a detailed drawing of what I need: http://photobucket.com/albums/v214/SharkRa...WING2-MODEL.jpg

It needs to be exactly like this or else the compressor will hit something. I've placed the turbo flange 1/2" to the right that way you can have more clearance for the 3" downpipe next to the alternator. The turbo flange is also only 1/4" from the head flange. This gives me about 1/2" clearance from the compressor to the block. You said you have a 60-1 turbo to verify this right?

I'm fairly certain you're gonna have to scrap the ramshead, so could you try this design: http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=85&ai_id=987

This one does exactly what I need and may be a little easier for you. It is off centered about 1/2" and is equal length.

You should really call, email, and instant message all his turbo elements numbers. I know he has been gone for a few days. I just got in contact with him today.
