Nate, I'm just waiting on a shippment of 1.5" for your dumptube, I have your inake done, and as soon as that shippment gets here I will have it out to you. I'm still working out the deal on the turbo.

Gary I will send you the couplers, and since your using a SSAC manifold I don't know how well my hotside piping would fit. As for the intake do you need it flanged or unflange since you have a different turbo?

The hot side intercooler piping is 99% the same so it will work fine.
You can make the intake pipe without the flange.
should be 5 couplers in total.

Hey tim,

this is regarding deestibo's IM with a 2nd set of injector that you have made

QUOTE (deestibo @ Dec 15 2005, 03:42 PM)
tim the intake manifold i had sent you to make it for extra injectors wont work?doubt you would give a refund on that?

I bought it from him together with a whole kit quite some time ago. There were quite some problems with the kit, sad.gif but most are fixed and running good. This is about your dual rail IM:

- a couple holes that was drilled into the IM doesn't line up with the bung that was welded on (if you look down into the bung from the top it looks like an lunar eclipse), so there is no way to fit the injectors in them.
- i test fitted it and there is no way to mount the 2nd rail onto the IM. No place to screw it in
- i'm not even sure if the bungs/holes is angled correctly to clear the pleneum and get a tight seal

What can you do about this?

Tim, about the manifold and downpipe I got. It doesnt fit! The downpipe is resting on the alternator, and that is without the plug connected.
Notice that with it mounted, it is hitting the alternator. I don't have the harness connected and wouldn't be able to AT ALL.

Also, the radiator tube doesn't fit around the manifold. It has to stretch around the manifold tube, and the heat will eventually melt it.
As you can see in this picture, the tube is sitting on the manifold, and it still needs to move even further left.

You told me that you made several of these before. I don't see how you could have with these kind of issues.

Jon you will need to mod the Rad hose to fit. And if you want to send the manifold back I can make a new DP that is closer so it doesn't hit.

Tib I guess you didn't get the number I will resend it.

Jay if you want to send the Intake back I can see what I can do.

And this is the only hyundai site that I visit at the moment.

Gary if you think it will fit I will send you a new one but I need the old stuff back. Same goes with anyone else wanting something replaced I will need the old stuff back.

Dave you have the address of the turbo guy and your dad never sent it back when he was supposed to. so if you want it replace send it to the address you have for paul.
