Hey guys.. i got some OK news about the fenders today. I talked with rick for about a half hour about the whole ordeal and the situation on his end really sux.. read up on it at new tiburon about having to really sell the company to refund people.. on the GK CF hood GB he got fooked over about $10,000 US from the manufacturer.
he has a call into the guy on new tib, wont mention his name, so people wont be bugging him, on status of the molds for the fenders, and he hasnt received call back yet.. as rick has just gotten back to the USA he hasnt had much time to call people, find out status on stuff, etc.
He should be posting on here soon, i told him that would be a good idea, since people are freaking out 'including me' and wanting fenders or money.. and he said he will be able to do refunds, but i wanna see what he hears back regarding fender production, which will hopefully be soon. i really want these fenders, so i might be willing to wait.. there will probably only be limited amount (10 sets) sold at all.
so hopefully some more news will unfold within the week. but the option should be open to get a refund.. which is nice..
i just want to also say one thing, that im hoping from the things that rick told me, none of the people on these forums were the people who called his house threatening him.. otherwise i hope you dont get your money back. or fenders for that matter..
on that note, we might have some good news on these fenders and otherwise we can get refund and get em from chris.. just wanted to let u guys know. wink1.gif

well its actually not hypocrytical at all, since i finally got ahold of him instead of completely in dark and thinking i would be f***ed..

Well im sick and tired of calling him and getting fed BS all the time, and i havent heard nething about getting a refund.. i havent heard nething from paypal.. so looks like were screwed.. i tried, and i talked with him , and he re assured me, but i guess hes not helping.. im taking it as a loss, which fvcking sux cuz i needed money or parts.. i guess rick, new or old company can be added to the list of SHITTY people to deal with on rd or in the hyundai community, and i will make sure NO one else gets screwed over like this..
