relic, it wouldnt have been 6 weeks ago...we didnt even have the annoucement up there on the website to the best of my knowledge until about 3-4 weeks ago. If you called in to give them your information, at least 2 weeks ago, im sure the check is on its way to you. 2uniq, if you are referring to a refund on the lights, the only way to get on the list is by calling...if you havent done so already please make sure to call in to get on the list.

noone mentioned ANYTHING to me about calling for a refund. I emailed scott@sharkracing.com and he said just give me your full mailing address and i will relay the message and get your refund. i dont want to post the email but i will to show to you that it was actually almost 7 weeks ago when i was told that i was getting a refund. i have not called...nor do i have the number. If i have to call now and get put on a list when i was already told that my check was coming this is gonna make a bad situation worse. Seriously some of us are still possibly loyal customers DESPITE all of this but to now be told that the email i recieved served no purpose other than to delay my refund another 6 weeks is really pushing me towards the edge. You guys/girls are shark racing really do TYPICALLY understand customer service but it seems like u seem to forget that i am still a customer who just wants a refund before he continues to purchase anything else. i see plenty of things on that site that look good but i would like to have a show of good faith from yall (REFUND) before i let my guard down again. please reply

Scott is new here and not fully trained. He is far from perfect and makes mistakes as any new employee does. If he sent you an email that long ago, that must have been right when he first started. The website says you must call in to confirm the information. We have two different numbers listed on the website that you can call.
