Does anyone know how long it takes to get a refund from shark racing after the time you request it? I contacted them and sent my correct mailing address to them. I put on the email back to them that if a refund was sent would they please please email me to tell me. I was not responded to.(yeah yeah here it comes about the 5 day rule and its been over 5). Well i know when i sent my money in it got there in less than 5 days and when i ordered a short throw shifter it got here in less than 5 days. Just how long does it take or how hard is it to send a letter with a check made out to yours truely? Not flaming...just asking. Ever patiently waiting...(while silently mummbling every dirty word i know) Have fun with the responses )

 

5 Day? When did that change? It used to be 48 hours. Did you try calling them?

they asked me for my mailing info so i suppose they are sending a refund. On top of that the website says they are refunding peoples money. When is it coming?

 

usually takes 3-4 weeks to get to your house. It doesnt come from shark racing. it comes directly from the bank via certified bank check.
