They are liste

d as CAST.

Is this the OEM casting material or are they Hyperutentic ?

If they are not Hyper-u does tigerlilly make them in that material.

Also.

Can you get other compression levels?

I am looking for a 8.8:1 or even a 9:1 CR

They are the same material as OEM ones.
As with 8.8:1 and 9.0:1, you will need to go with our turbo gasket.
