Thanks for the compliment again Batlord :-)

The wategate just fits into the picture, and the dipstick does need to be modified, which is a 30 second job, as all you need to do is carefully bend it slightly forward to clear the wastegate.
And don't worry about incorrect readings, the dipsticks reading does not change at all.

This kit includes the same intercooler Bat lord has (no pics from Maier yet), the attached BOV, 360 thrust inside the turbocharger, pistons, rings, big end bearings, 550cc injectors, downpipe etc.

The kit does not include any form of engine management system for obvious tuning reaosns. Cost is a touch over $3200.00 including shipping to you.

Maier - I never told you this before, but this exact spec turbocharger was run on my friends Opel 2.0 16V engine and made 303WHP at 1.3bar boost. I suggest you only run 0.8bar or thereabouts, trust me it is fast enough <grin>

BATLORD - you are a star!! - SHOTTO BRO

Guys, this is the same cooler I supply in all my kits.

To give you all an idea -
OEM manufacturers like SAAB have told me that our workmanship and product quality is untouchable worldwide!

I now manufacture OEM replacement intercoolers for the complete range of SAAB vehicles for export to sweden and Germany.

That intercooler looks very nice and the quality just looks amazing eek! eek!

Chris nice quality work smile.gif smile.gif

BTW, BAT i see that you have a BOV instead of a By pass valve in your Pic above or am i mistaken!

Wouldnt a Bypass work better since your running a MAF
Thanks!

I must say though, I'm really impressed with the quality of your products.

thanks again

and 303hp to the wheels? hmm...I wonder when the fun of that will start to wear off and the thoughts of more power come in

Maier -

I don;t think you will get used to that sort of power - it doesn't sound like loads, but on the road it is scary thats for sure!

Then again you ride bikes aswell - so when you do reach that point, my N2O setup will be ready, and I will send you a 50shot kit to try out for me and see if it solves that craving for more power... :-)
