Okay, I found the clamp sizes.

The following are the sizes of the individual parts, followed by the clamp part number you can look up on Amazon.com

Clamp Location = Size = Part Number

TB - Elbow = 3.10 inches = TB 300

Elbow - MAF = 3.10 inches = TB 300

MAF - AEM Coupler = 3.22 inches = TB 300

AEM Coupler - AEM = 3.5 inches = TB 338

AEM - Filter = 3.5 inches = TB 338

Radiator Hose Clamps = 1.71 inches = TB 163

So you need...

3 X TB 300 http://www.amazon.com/Breeze-Standard-T-Bo...mp;s=automotive

2 X TB 338
http://www.amazon.com/Breeze-Standard-T-Bo...mp;s=automotive

6 X TB 163

That should be it my mangs.

Just as a note, when I ordered mine what, a year and a half ago, it took like 40 days for them to arrive. Exactly. Samco wouldn't ship direct, so they shipped to Options auto, then they shipped them to me.

Hey called my vendor today and heres the news:

Order is being processed and made just they are backed up a little bit so ETA is 2-3 weeks. But I am suppose to recall first of next week to get an update as they are trying to push orders through and get caught up.

Thanks!
