Default Ordering Problems

I was just wondering why my transaction would not go through after I placed an order. I put everything that I wanted in my shopping cart. I started to check out (I was paying by credit card), and I received a "transaction failed" message. What did I do wrong? I didn't put anything in the comments space.

email sharkracer@sharkracing.com with what you want to purchase and your phone number. Sam will complete it with you over the phone to see what is going on...

Some credit cards, regardless of whether they are VISA or MasterCard, sometimes do not get accepted. This is just a bug with the system that we can't do anything about right now. If you consistently get a Failed Transaction message, then the best thing would be for you to use another credit card or, to pay with PayPal. We are working on the problem to make it easier for our customers, but sometimes, it can't be helped. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I had an error too. Although my error occured when I had too many characters in the notes part of the credit card application. The second time I tried it went right through! good luck...HondaEater
