I'm not trying to piss you off, but that last post still didn't help me. Can you please, Pretty please, organize the issue like I showed you above? I don't want to sit here, trying to figure out what exactly is missing or wrong for another month, I want to fix this NOW.

So, please look at the example I gave, and post your reply in that manner.

All I understand now is that you...

1. Ordered a BBTB.
2. Mistakenly ordered a second BBTB but was supposed to get it changed via MSN to a turbo head gasket.
3. Ordered 6 other things at once but didn't get them.


So I'm left with 3 order numbers, and I have no idea what you've received, or not received, at all.

Please help us to help you my man.

Re reading everything, I have figured out that...

1. We owe you a Cruise Control pulley for a BBTB.'
2. You made an order for 6 parts and haven't received them. (When did you order these? What were they?)
3. You received the first BBTB.

item 1 was ordered 19th feb 2007
items 2 threw 8 were ordered 28th feb 2007
