i sent 3 emails and no reply......could you please refund my paypal for the motor mounts, thermostat and turbo gasket. I can no longer wate for these parts its been too long.

ok, enough is enough I would like a full refund of all parts that havent been shiped ASAP or i will be taking further action. Redz I know this has been a shitty on going thing but my patience has run out. I would rather settle this here then making a complant through paypal and other places.

First of all, we've never got any of your emails. I do Email checks 3-6times a day but I don't think I've missed your emails.
Second, last time I visted RDtiburon.com servers were down for unknown reasons and I could not get back to you here.
Well I've just noticed RDtiburon is up again.

For those reasons we could not get you an update on the shipping and those parts weren't shipped out yet and sitting here.
We have everything in stock but theremostat.
If you don't mind we can send everything but theremostat and give you a partial refund for a theremostat.
Please let us know

Again sorry about the long long wait but I am here to fix the problem
Note we can also give you some credits or discounts for the next purchase for the hassle you had to go through.

I do realize the site was down, but i realy want a refund I no longer need these parts I got them localy because i could no longer wate foe them..........i am not unhappy with you or SFR Jay, most of the parts i ordered were here in 5 days or less and that was great smile.gif. I would realy just like a refund for now........I plan on getting more parts from you in the future but I dont need anything at the moment as I dident even get to drive my car this year, so nothing got broken....lol

so I would please like a full refund for the turbo head gasket, motor mounts, and thermostat

Refund of $565 was sent including paypal fee
I am not sure if you got paid short or more after paypal fee deducted.
Anyways again sorry that we could not make you 100% happy with our transaction.
