Hi guys I would need info on my order which I have made and paid on 27th of June (so it would be one calendar month now). I ordered 3 Way Windshield Wassher Nozzle set, KDM "Tiburon" emblem and M&S Mini Universal emblem set. My order number was: 20070628002701690GC and PayPal transaction ID: 15T05631CN5409719 .

I would've ordered EMS shipping but there was no option for it (or I did not manage to find it yet although I have looked for it). I wouldn't ask for it yet but since then I have received three of the packages ordered from the US after that order and two packages from Korea also ordered after KDM order.

Any help would be appreciated. Thnx Jay and Redz.

Actually, your order # says it was done on the 28th, which of course is in Korea time/date. LOL I'll see what we can find for you.

I still did not get the package I ordered and it has been over a month now (checked with the PO here and nothing is waiting at the customs for sure). In the meantime in addition to the previously ordered stuff from Shark and Kspec I got another package from Shark and all of them were ordered after KDM (SFR) order and still got here before. I also did not get any answer to my posts about this order. C'mon guys any info?

I was planning to order BBK from you and now I am questioning my decision. Show some good CRM please.

P.S.

LEarned how to order EMS shipping through FAQ for the next order. Wouldn't be better to include EMS shipping option in the web ordering system instead of forum inquieries?

Sorry Hive, I had finals this week (college) and haven't been on the site in 2 days. I DID forward your question to Jay in Korea again about 4 days ago, but I don't see any replies. I don't know why he missed it, but I promise I'll get it fixed for you. I swore I replied to this on the 29th, but I must have not hit "Submit Post". I'm sorry.

As for the EMS option, we don't have an easy way to implement it. As you see the other sites that sell stuff from Korea, neither do they. Reason being is it's not a flat rate, and has to be figured out for each different item.
