I just got my bill in for my hood and There was supposed to be a 5% discount because I was a full member and when the bill came in I was charged full price. I mean it was bad enough I had to wait so long for my hood but now I'm not even getting my member discount. Can someone tell me what is going on over there?

 

When you ordered the hood, did you follow the instructions that were given before (it has since changed..) for Team SR members, and email Sam to have a special order page set up for you?

 

If not, that is probably what the problem was. Contact sharkracer@sharkracing.com to see about getting credit for that amount..

I didn't know there was a special order page-I just kept listing the discount in the comments section. So, how do I go about being credited for my last few orders.
