Default Lightweight flywheel.

If I were to have a lightweight flywheel with the kit installed, would I have to re-tune the ecu, or will the flywheel not affect it?

The flywheel should affect the tuning slightly as the engine will have a lower rotating mass, therefore less load on the engine, requiring fine tuning.

If the ECU has a MAP (manifold pressure) compensation map in it, and accurate values have been entered in, then any upgrade relating to load will not need to be mapped or tuned again.

Moof --

To get the maximum benefit of the Flywheel - being able to tune accordingly is the ideal, but if you fit it now without the tuning ability, it is not going to harm anything, and you will see slight gains.

What mods do you have currently?

As of right now, all I have is a CAI.

i'm not changing anything else, for you say your ECU is pre-tuned.

There is nowhere within a 600 mile radius where I would be able to fine-tune the ECU if I were to try to improve the performance. I just want the most efficency that your Turbo kit can offer, without me having to fine-tune to other modifications that would affect it.

Moof ---

Go for the flywheel -- the fueling tables are well within tuning, safety and I doubt you will need to tune much after installation.
