I ordered a set of coilovers from the about 2.5 years ago and had them in a week, huh.

Try the local district attorneys office for that area, they helped me get a refund for a very expensive set of wheels I purchased and never recieved from a business in CA.

Figure you could try that if the local police don't give a shyt.

Good luck, I know what it feels like to get screwed over, it's real shytty to do that to someone. It feels SO good to get a refund though.

Again, best of luck to everyone who got shafted.

Once I finish my physics class, I am going to pursue this. It would be nice if everyone who has been screwed by these people would help. Does anyone know if it's possible to get a copy of paypal transactions that happened years ago?

yeah, you can get theme easily.

I've got more info on these guys, other sites they run, myspace accounts, ect, let me know when you want/need it.

see if you can find someone to do the legal stuff pro bono, and I'm all in. I can't afford legal fees.

all you guys involved should get an agreement, get a lawyer or a few lawyers (i'm sure there's one for cheap or free depending on evaluation of this case), get in touch and NAIL these creeps and get your money back. it's not that difficult, but would require a representative, some money and effort.

that would be a way to tell these guys not to f with rdtiburon. end up on the news. good lawyers are everywhere. these things happen all the time so why shouldn't they happen now?

at least get some good advice from some lawyers, the least they can do.

Around here some of the TV stations have sort of a consumer watchdog type person on staff that will help people who have been the victims of fraud or are not receiving proper customer service from a company. The person submits all the documentation they have and then they follow up on the situation. They regularly put some of these on the local TV news broadcasts. It's quite hilarious when the business owner does something really stupid and it's aired on TV often with them standing right in front of their business so everyone knows what and where it is and can stay away.

Maybe someone who has been taken by these crooks, especially someone that is local to these people, should look for something similar with their local stations and submit their info. It wouldn't hurt and at least would not cost anything to try.

How would I get a copy of the paypal from awhile ago? And what all would I need as far as info on this. I can get the paypal showing I paid, as well as like 1593275 emails saying "we are shipping them out" and then "we are doing refunds."

Would it be a stupid idea to try to take them to one of the televised judge shows, like Judge Judy ?
