In stock wether it's in my hands or at our distributor it's still in stock. You would probably be surprised how many people you buy from actually don't have the products in their hands. Thats business these days, the 2 vendors that "all of a sudden" showed up on the hyundai board and neon board with ksports both drop ship as well.

Alot of dealers drop ship and never tell a customer a thing about the product being in a warehouse at their distributors place.


We will be taking care of Keswick very soon but he also gave us a list of parts we can get him vs. a money refund. You can do that same, just send over any parts wanted/needed and we will get something off the list to you just the same.

Berserko, thank you for the imput and concern, but could you please keep the battle with Phantom outside of this tread? Its cluttering it up and looks bad. PM him here, I know that they have stopped responding on other sites to you, but that problem is a whole different ordeal from this group buy. Maybe a mod should clean this up a bit and just remove the past 5 posts?

We decided to make that thread on neons.org the centralized location for all updates and comments so we didn't have to hope from 3 different forums.

This is a repost dude. YOu Pm'ed me and I told you, we know all about it. It's been posted about.


Mike is trying to do the RIGHT thing and get you guys your money back. You have to realize, that VERY few places actually have parts in stock anymore. In Stock, in most places, mean it's on the shelves in their drop shipper's warehouse somewhere, and they can get it shipped to you ASAP. If you pay, the order goes up, and the warehouse decides not to ship it...

That's where you are.

I'm amazed that most folks think that smaller online businesses, that are usually done from home or a small office somewhere, actually have boxes and boxes of these parts piled up. Drop shipping is the way lots of businesses have been working for decades.

 

and i have realized such working for a small e-commerce company. we really dont carry a thing.

but everyone who buys from us knows that. you gotta admit, there are some companies somewhere that actually DO stock ksports and sell them, and a clear cut distinction NEEDS to be made from now on when one of these buys comes up.

 

What about those who have lost contact, and email/pm aren't replied to?

 

have you lost contact with phantom, i just posted the other day in the apexi n1 GB and he replied. what exactly do you need?

 

I was in contact with his wife through email, and she was keeping me updated, but I haven't heard a thing in a while now. I sent him a PM and several emails, but haven't heard anything. Still (hoping) to get refunded for the coilvers I bought... I can't even remember how long ago now...

 

Sorry for the double post, but once again I could REALLY use the money. I have $346, bout to spend $311 to fix alignment and tire issues, then I owe $39 for cell phone bill, not including the $20+ for gas im gonna need to get back to Orlando and drop the fiance off at the airport...

Whatever... I give up....... an update or anything you decide to give would be nice............
