And Redz, like even the outside of the box said "Korea Post" with labels and whatnot from Korea. It even says it's FROM Korea, with Korean newspaper as the packaging inside. Lol.

LOL Uhm, yeah, because Kspec.com is in Korea. The items are all from Korea.

With the time difference and me being here though, I'm the US Admin/Customer Service/Return Center

I like KSPEC, always recommend them to the newbs laugh.gif

I must say though, I'm quite surprised to see that you guys aren't paying for the part to be shipped back. The customer didn't make the mistake - why should they pay extra, even if it is only a few bucks ? dunno.gif

Unkay. How would you suggest I do that?

Sorry, but MOST businesses don't reinburse you for shipping and handling. I've offered to give her that much off of her next order. It's the same thing. If we tried to track down everyone and get the correct amount that we owe them, then get it to them, we'd never get half of the information.

Just a fact.

Anytime I've ever had to ship something back due to company error, I've always been reimbursed for the cost of that.

Most companies send out return slips with the items incase of this type of thing or if the item needs to be returned, in which FedEX/DHL/UPS/Whoever can use to make records, which document the price. There's a slip including that you can stick onto the outside of the box with the return address and all that on it. Never received an item without such a thing.

Helps keep records, and have paper-trails to document it. Wouln't take any extra work on the companies' behalf to do that, since all the shipping records would be handled by whichever company is used. Then the company gets the item back, the recept of how much it costs, and know exactly how much to reimburse the customer for.

Hmm, anyway... lol.

Redz, can I keep the Korean newspaper. wink1.gif It's just so awesome, hahah.

And I don't even care about being reimbursed if it's going to somewhere in the USA. I was a wee bit scared of shipping it back to Korea, lol. Plus, Redz is being too nice about this all to even care. With other companies, I could be going through Hell right now. For instance, I bought my little brother's Halloween costume from some company online and they sent us the wrong costume in the wrong size. We emailed them a million times and always got excuses. I still never got my $50 back from that costume.

Well, you must always order from big companies and stuff then. I could care less. Cut out with the Off Topic shit.

I've recieved very few items with such a thing. I've spent over 15,000 on the internet in the past 2 years.

It would be a TON of extra work for us because we ship from KOREA. Korean Post. They don't have such a system, and non Korean addresses have to be handwritten or typed up elsewhere.

Or better yet, I tell you what, we WILL do that ASAP, enjoy the rise in shipping costs everyone!
