So I ordered clear corners since I'm lazy and don't want to "make" them, plus I got a bonus from work. Well, they sent me one clear corner and one regular corner with the amber piece in it. I emailed them saying I got the wrong items. Does anyone know if I will get a refund, or at least a reimbursement for me having to spend a good deal to ship these back to them? I mean, I don't even want a refund. I just want the CORRECT clear corners and the reimbursement for me shipping their mistake back. Everyone always said they were so reliable.. how come I got this? lol

I'm not mad. I'm just kind of annoyed/paranoid.

Find out which one is the amber one (passenger side or drivers side).

They should have no problem fixing this up.

The amber piece was the driver's side. The clear corner was the passenger's side.

 

Accidents happen, they probably had the wrong one in the box or Mobis (Hyundai OEM Aftermarket) gave them the wrong part in the box. I apologize for the problem.



If you look at our site, you'll see that our forums at http://kspec.rdtiburon.com is where we do our customer service. I happen to be the US ADMIN for KSPEC and I handle all of it. I'm also the US return center. Haven't heard a word about this one and I checked our forums this morning.



You won't get a refund, but you will get the correct part. As for returning the item, uh, it should cost about $3 to $5 thru the post office. It's a small light part. I can PM you the return address for that if you want. Take the $ out of your next order?



You will get the right part. Hell, I've got one right here I can ship you and just wait for another one myself. We are reliable, the most reliable Hyundai Parts website on the net. The fact is though girlfriend tongue.gif , accidents happen, stuff gets broken in shipping, customs holds on to stuff to long, and the wrong item gets shipped sometimes.

Redz see, I didn't really know how K-Spec worked. It was in Korean (I'm assuming), so I also assumed it came from out of this country. That's the only reason I was a little bit scared about the shipping deal. I'll get a box from work and ship out the wrong part I got on Monday morning. Just tell me where to send it to.

I will be returning the driver's side piece, since I need the driver's side clear corner.

Buying from kspec is one of the most gratifying experiences you can have in cybershopping... the worse that can happen to you is for you to have to wait some time as REDZ said, he and David are reliable and they are usually fast also. wink1.gif

Toxic, just to give you some relief, (not that you need it) I got a manifold from Kspec through the Maintec GB. Well there was a problem with the flange and I needed a new one. They replaced it free of charge, and they wanted me to keep the old one!

BTW I will be sending it to you REDZ as soon as I'm done my project.

All I'm saying is I think I had a worst case scenario, or close to, and they took care of me greatly. So no issues with reimbursement.

And Redz, like even the outside of the box said "Korea Post" with labels and whatnot from Korea. It even says it's FROM Korea, with Korean newspaper as the packaging inside. Lol.
