I'm thinking about ordering some stuff from KORE. But I'm worried about their reputation for not being good when it comes to delivering their goods and answering to emails. And I'm even more worried now because of their recent problems. I would love to have some insights from past customers of KORE about their service. Thanks.

New Store Policy:

If you try KORE again for your Hyundai products, your first purchase will be shipped free freight to you. Any purchase after that will be shipped within the new 48hour time table (unless you are notified) or it will be shipped free freight as well. This is for any standard purchase. Air Freight and truck items are not included. We are counting business days, weekends not included. We have tried to make the current changes in the store to allow faster delivery times and quicker responses from us on questions and problems.

All refunds which have been processed have been mailed out to those who asked for them. We will be announcing a special KORE event at the JULY 4th HYPER-FEST at Summit Point as well very soon to those in the area.

We have added some new items such as APEX, Turbosmart, Larger Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pump Upgrades, New Wires, and even safety equipment to the store.

I will be working on my Elantra as well as new items for Talgats personal car.
