my rings went in my new motor i bought and i want to make it high compression since im opening it up.

From what I heard, K-Spec has kinda went downhill - what I've heard from RedZ anyway.
Shipping times when they were good (I ordered 2 years ago probably) was about two weeks.

Depends on what you order and how hard up Kspec is for cash at the time.
Literally.
If he doesn't need money really bad, he'll ignore your order until you threaten him and then finally ship it. If he needs money he'll jump through hoops to get it shipped ASAP.
I've had items show up in 4 days, and others take 6 months or just never show.

order one thing that could be used on a GK and it took 5 days.
kinda like playing russian roulette with your pocketbook.

Make sure if you don't have products on hand to file a pay pal dispute on the 44th day. that will buy you more time and that takes the money back out of their account until its settled.

sweet. I'd like to add, that every time I order something from K-Spec, I send an e-mail as well to enquire about how long it will take and it serves as a reminder that they have parts to get out as well. I've never had a problem with K-Spec when dealing in this manner.
