Jay's PM's are turned off.

here's some of the answers for you, please email Jay at seoulfulracing @ yahoo.com to get a quick answer, he's not in Korea right now.

1. Yes, it'll bolt right up.

2. As usual, the first o2 sensor goes AFTER all of the collectors come together, and the second after the cat. Codes can still pop up, going from 2 cats to 1, but there ae ways to deal with those.

3. Shipping times should be listed on the page for the headers. Please post a link to the ones you are looking at.

4. Quality mostly. Heavier gauge steel, better welds, thicker flanges, let me see the set you are talking about.

Those are made by System, and as I've seen, their welds are perfect, and they use VERY nice thick material. If I were getting regular 4-2-1 headers, I'd get those or the maintec's.

Would these bolt right up to a 97 also? I'm thinking of getting them.

Please search, this has been covered a billion times. Also, if you look on SFR, your answer is there too.

They are under the 97-01 tiburon year, so yes they should fit the 00.

Those look gorgeous, perfect tig welds and nice stainless pipe.

As far as codes go for cat ineficciency, you can try putting a spark plug non fouler (available at auto zone or advance auto) in the o2 bung and then screwing the o2 sensor into the non-fouler. The theory here is to get the o2 sensor to sample less of the exhaust gas and thus think the cats are doing their job, sometimes it will rid you of the CEL, sometimes it won't. Try one first and you can put both (the package usually has 2 non-foulers in it) if one doesn't cut it. Although sometimes even with both you will still throw a CEL, but that is usually on cars with NO cat at all so since you still have one you shouldn't have any issues; that is if you get a CEL at all.

Shipping from SFR takes 1-2 weeks usually, those should be shipped korea post, not ocean freight, so they should be at your door within 2 weeks.

Ocean freight can take up to 2 months!!
