Redzman, no need to act juvinile. You need to kick back. You should not make baseless accusations as you did by saying that you were "given FALSE information" and that you were "told" that the price was a TSR price. You were not given false information. The price you were given was the price of the GTR kit. Nothing false about it. Also, they did not "TELL" you that that was a TSR price. They said that the cuda price they gave you was a member price, however they did not say "member price" or "tsr price", etc. when they quoted you for the GTR kit.

I've still got the email at home I think, and if I do I'll post it since you've again made a big deal out of nothing. Why don't you go ship out some of your "Late" products or answer some emails instead of stirring up a bees nest? Everything was so nice while you were gone/quiet...

I probably should have, to go along with the rules of random's board, however, it was quite humerous to see you keep digging yourself into a hole deeper and deeper, and was curious to see how far you would dig.

Yes. Lets analyze this if you want to keep dragging this fiasco out. Members price specifically mentioned in the price of the cuda kit. Specific discounts mentioned in quotes on the cadamuro kit and turbulence side skirts. Then you are just quoted a price for the gtr kit. No mention of member price, no mention of X% off, nothing. Now, lets compare this to the slanderous comments you made:

It's quite obvious that I was wrong about your Customer Service... They CAN read. I guess just not more than like 1 email an hour though eh? Seeming as how they are weeks behind on emails. BTW, how come your email system is the one that seems to have all these problems? Don't think I've ever heard of a Professional Company like yours EVER having this much trouble with such a simple thing.

I'm sure any normal human, not the slaves you've got sweating in the sweatshops there in So Cal, would agree that my the return email listed above (Which I did already post you idiot), is saying that that's a member's price. Since my other suppliers can't get it for that price, and I specifialy asked for members prices for those items, that's what I was emailed, since your people "Can Read". If not, they need to be specific. As for the "discounts" on the other items. Discount... Hmm... Member's discount right? Hmm... Would sound awfully close to...

Sorry, you must have the wrong company. We have never lied about our products...and I do not think im something I am not.

What is shat? Well, whatever it means, Im sure its something negative. However, you are wrong in your assumption. SR business the last two months is doing the best since last July, which in the retail market, really is something since typically, Dec-Jan are very slow months. Also, I dont need any luck on the job market. I plan on staying with Shark Racing until I retire..
