Nah guys, I didn't lose faith in you altogether.....just the next time something similar pops up, it's going to have to be a pre-buy with all orders paid for in advance. Shoulda clarified that previously. I'm sure you all know that I don't have problems importing products (hopefully the GT Tech inventory I now have proved that), so there really shouldn't be any issues with "trusting the seller". There were a lot more than 5 people who PM'd and e-mailed me about getting these front lips--and I did message a bunch when they came in. I'm just surprised that I still have 6 left out of the original 10, that's all! Obviously I can't verify the fit with my own eyes, but my Korean associates reported it was very good when they did a quick test fit before shipping them out. What I can tell you all is that the fiberglass that was used in this special order run is most certainly a high-end composite! They did NOT skimp on this!

I feel you my man, what I was trying to say though is, when we do group buys on this site, even for a set price, it gets the money in your hand, or the member that promised to buy, BANNED.
With stuff going via PM, I have no public record of who promised what, so I can't follow it up and help out.
I'm in on mine, for sure, at the latest it should be the first.

Yea, I hear ya. It's cool tho--people are allowed to change their minds. Just sucks that this is way too common with Hyundai owners.

Finally got to the shop where they had my brand spankin new GT tech Lip kit
Must say that Fitment is very very good, only minor adjustments and cutting will be needed. Not a perfect fit, but all the corners and edges are smooth and well made.
Trust me people, I work in a muffler shop, and I see every kind of rice burner there is. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being lets say an Acura Dealer Lip Kit for an Integra, which is damn near a perfect bolt on and paint type deal, to 1 being some 3rd hand ebay crap. I give this kit a 9, with one to grow on.
Edges are smooth and thick. No thin spots along the curve parts, and it damn near sits flush every where.
as you can see in the cell phone pics I took today, with just a few cuts around the fog light area, and some smooth bondo in the mouth to get the edge to look smooth, this will be a perfect lip kit.
also i put the gatorade bottle up there so you can gauge the drop amount, and its only about inch and a eighth, maybe inch and a quarter after final adjustments are made.
I love this lip, always have,
thanks to ItaliaTib2K3 for coming through for us.
now get one of these before they are gone... ...forever.
oh and check my latest video of my newest client Fatal the Maskman. Just put it up minutes ago. enjoy.
