Shipping for this parcel of 15 units will cost around $280.00 odd --- what I would like to do is depending on the amount of orders I will pay for half the shipping --- so the shipping of $140.00 would need to be spilt amoungst the buyers -----

If there are 15 of you it would be around $9.33 each for shipping to one destination... and from there the individual radiators would need to be ground shipped -- Maier has offered to do this for us, but I will only cover the shipping to Maier (if we all agree to do it this way)

All Aluminium vacuum brazed cores, 70mm header plate, 685mm wide x 390mm high x 42mm thick cores are used - the tanks are aluminium and polished to a mirror finish
Uh, is any kind of anti corrosion coating applied?
Polished aluminum isn't going to look so swift after 6 months of water/sand/road debris corrode it.

What about internal coating to prevent internal corrosion?

Firstly for information purposes --- The radiators are Aluminium --- Aluminium does not rust..... It does corrode in some obscure cases, but this is why anti freeze and anti corrosive agents were developed.

Your antifreeze in your coolant which has anti-corrosion additives prevents any corrosion. At Manufacture after the vacuum brazing occurs, the radiators are bathed in an acid which cleans and seals the brazing to allow clean welding with no popping or splatter.

The aluminium itself has been treated for corrosion as the cores are high quality radiator cores, not just any aluminium core - the same that any radiator manufacturer would use to manufacture their radiators, except a much higher quality!

I offer a guarantee on all the rapdiators against corrosion, and leaks, and bad workmanship - if you have a problem, I will replace the raditor period!

Having said that --- ALL cores are pressure tested and flushed out to measure capacity before shipping!

hey guys, before i commit to this GB, my mechanic wants to get some flex a lite fans when we turbo my beta. would spending the extra dough on one of these rads give me any more noticeable cooling for the money, considering i'll already have the stronger fans? opinions please, cuz if the fans will decrease my temps by a larger percent, and the rad won't make much difference at that point, i don't want to tie up more money that could be used for other install issues. poke thanks

Chris-
Thanks, thats what I wanted to hear. Several people had brought up concerns via chat but were afraid to post them.

sharkey9883-
The Flex a lite fans by themselves don't do much for cooling. If you wire one of them to run whenever the engine is on, then they do help cooling, but you could do the same with the stock fans.

Once I get the weight and dimensions of each radiator, I will be able to give out shipping quotes.

my e-mail is skyline622@2by2.net

if you would like to know how much shipping would be from my place to yours, just send me your addresss and let me know if the address is residential or a business.

If any of you are near MD, you guys could come pick it up.
